All menu items are prepared from the freshest ingredients which are procured from local food growers and purveyors from around the world. Finger food can be delivered already prepared on trays, ready to be served or can be cooked at your premises with or without our wood fired oven.

Buffet style parties: where we cook and set up the buffet table and provide serving staff.

Formal sit-down dinner or luncheon: where we cook and serve the meal.
